Jaroslava Steranka is the founding force behind Eurolabs and serves as its Principal product innovator, leading a team of staff and international contract chemists, biochemists, biologists, and holistic health professionals.

Jaroslava started her training to assume the mantle of Master Herbalist from her mother and grandmother at the tender age of three.

Jaroslava has lived virtually her entire life on the cutting edge of practical applied science, and spent her early formative years literally absorbing the concept of new product innovation and development as an apprentice at her father's side.

Her father, an international industrialist, manufacturer and marketer, was one of the early proponents of capitalizing on the body's natural processes and resources and headed a multi- disciplinary research team that focused its collective skills on the development of new products and technologies.

The result of that collaboration, which was forged over many years across several international boundaries, was a diverse breakthrough array of new foods, beverages, herbal formulas, alcohol and vintner products that are in many cases still today a mainstay of many consumers lives.

An eclectic collective of researchers, inventors and innovators, that early group also crossed many product marketing boundaries, and produced a number of highly valued technical and industry products that are today integral to process manufacturing around the world.

Following formal training at university in pharma- cology, botany, biology, biochemistry and chemical engineering, Jaroslava soon assembled her own team of consultative experts and quickly became an innovative market force in her own right. Shortly after leaving university, she also embarked on a formal program of continuing education, while serving as an international consultant in product processing and resource and byproduct management.

She also took an active role with the Princess Margaret Hospital & the University of Guelph in early cancer research trials designed to test and evaluate specific vitamins and nutrients for their immune- boosting capability. She also led a team that developed the first Canadian-made newborn baby formula for hospitals.
