 I have a one bedroom ski week for sale in Vail at Vail Run for week 3. Sleeps 5. The date for next year is January 15-22, 2011.

This is a time share at Vail Run in Vail you will own forever.The assessments are $1276 a year. The assessments are paid quarterly ($309) and this quarter fees will be due upon purchase in cash.  Sleeps 5. Has one bath. Full kitchen. Living Room.  722 sq ft.

Vail Run has free shuttle to the slopes from 8 -10 AM and from the slopes to Vail Run from 3 - 5 PM. A car is not needed if you stay at Vail Run. It does have a heated underground parking garage and a city bus that stops at the side door every 30 minutes.

The heated pool, large hot tub, sauna and game room all make it a great place to stay. It is 5 minutes from the village by bus or Vail Run shuttle. Has outside pool, large spa, sauna, game room and free computers in the lobby for emails.

January is one of the best ski months. Tons of fresh snow. If you love skiing this is the top ski resort in North America.  This is a corner unit facing the ski mountain. Really nice.

The condo is for sale for $8900. ALL TRADE. I will pay the closing fees.  The quarterly assessments are $309 in cash.
