A basic estate plan includes a will, power of attorney, and health care directive. The will dictates how your property is distributed after your death. The power of attorney allows someone else to manage your finances if you become unable to do so yourself. The health care directive allows someone to make health care decisions for you if you are unable to make them yourself. All 3 are vital to every estate plan.

I meet with clients to determine their specific needs and talk through any issues that arise. Then I create a will and estate plan that is tailored to meet their needs. I do not use cookie-cutter forms.
