The idea for this came when I asked my brother if he'd like a hand-made journal for Christmas. "Sure,” he said. "But I bought a pile of composition books at the store last year, and I'm working my way through them. Can you make me one that I can use my composition books with?"

That wasn't exactly what I had in mind, but it worked well enough for him that I've made another 200 or so of them for other folks since then!

Please note - Leather is a natural material, and each hide contains unique textures, markings, brand scars and grain. These are not flaws, but characteristics that make a handmade piece one-of-a-kind. As most of our products are produced in small batches with full-grain leather, expect some slight color differences between the product you receive and the one pictured.
