We have both in person and online classes. All our in person classes are streamed live with a dedicated instructor to assist online students.These classes are an interactive live stream which gives the online student the ability to ask questions. 

Masks are required, including students on the mat training.

We sanitize all flat surfaces, door handles, bathrooms and mop training mats every 45 min after each class. Students are 6 feet apart and there is no contact at this time. We follow all health and safety guidelines.
