In conjunction with our member Richard Maminski of Metropolitan Maintenance Our very own Mr Fixit, we would like to announce our new project management process.

For any project from small to medium size $200-$10,000+ Our member is offering his services to ascertain the scope and nature of the project, find the crew to perform the project, quote the job with as much trade as possible and perform the job administration and billing.

Richard has many contacts in the industry and will use the services of current members of TradeWins applicable to the jobs and will endeavour to refer his construction trade clients to TradeWins BizPaye so we can widen the scope of jobs and increase the percentage of trade on each job. He has already performed to our satisfaction on one job and has brought one of his contacts onto our system.(Matt Dugauy from MD Paint Lines who has also performed very well and a with a testimonial to prove it)

Fees for his services are as follows:
1. Scoping the Project $100 trade including a call out charge to your jobsite within the Edmonton Catchment area. Any sites outside of that area will have travel expenses payable in cash along with time payable in trade dollars.

2. Finding the crew and quoting the job will be $250-500 depending on the nature of the job. In some circumstances, for very small jobs this task will be skipped and the process will go straight to #3.

3. Job to be performed with as much trade as possible.

4. Project Management and Performance to be monitored and managed by Metropolitan Maintenance.

5. Billing and invoices to be provided by Metropolitan Maintenance according to the quote supplied.
