Getting Around
Public transport is very easy to get. Bus from the road outside the house is only 15 minutes to central Pattaya or you can rent a motorbike for your stay from only 120 THB a day.Also there is alot of hire car companys at the airport or in Pattaya.

Other Things to Note
Electricity meter will be read on check in and check out and will be charged at 10 baht per unit. The electricity is cheap if air conditioning is not left on 24/7 .If left on this will soon add up if it is left on while not in the house .Also there are 2 electric gates into the village one on entrance to the village and one into the house guest will be give remote control for each but please take care off them as if they get lost there is a 2000 baht charge to replace one . CASH

Security Deposit
Depending on the property your book a Security Deposit of up to B10,000 Cash is required prior to check in - even if you are staying for just 1 night - refundable subject to no damage upon check out.

House Rules
Please no shoes to be worn inside the house and smoking inside the property is not allowed , smoking outside is fine.Also no pets allowed inside the house. Please leave the property as you found it, nice and clean, and great feedback will be left for you :-)
