Silk Screen Printing
We offer a fast and high quality screen print service which is the most cost effective method if ordering larger batches of shirts of 50plus, our min orders quantity for this style is 20pcs
Silk screen is great for both light and colour shirts and we have a huge selection of colours, it is also highly durable and the print will often outlast the shirt.
Screen printing requires what they call blocks, and you need a new block per colour, we charge 350thb per block, we also have very quick turn around times, so for any price quotes please contact us.
Vinyl Flex Printing
Vinyl Flex printing is now becoming more and more popular due to the quality finish and also choices of vinyls that can be used, there are also no set up costs or blocks used in this method so is perfect for smaller orders of around 20-50shirts. You can also mix colors and we have many effects including, Glitter, glow in the dark, Hologram, Florescent, Flox(cloth).
We are now recommending this method a lot more for customers in Thailand as it does seem to become very popular with the choices of effects and the vinyl we have is so very good and no other supplier in Thailand has the same. Also a lot of our customers also prefer the fact that you can mix styles, designs and effects with no extra cost as you would get with screen print.
Sublimation Printing
Sublimation is a transfer process in which the image becomes a part of the actual item. Sublimation needs special ink, paper and specific substrates with polyester coating to work.
When heated to high temperatures, sublimation ink turns into a gas. Pores of the polyester coated item open up and allow the gas to enter. Then, once removed from the heat, the pores of the polyester substrate close up, trapping the ink inside. The entire image will be smooth to the touch.
Sublimation is ideal for highly complicated designs, pictures, and promotional wear, as is very cost effective, can print a huge number of colours and lasts forever, please note this method can only be used on cotton/poly blends and the t-shirt must be of a light colour. This style print is very popular on vests also.
