Seth Justman & Danny Klein. The J. Geils Band is an American rock band formed in 1967 in Worcester, Massachusetts, under the leadership of guitarist J. Geils. The band played R&B-influenced blues rock in the 1970s before moving towards a more new wave sound in the 1980s. Since its initial break-up in 1985, the band has reunited several times. Their biggest hit was their 1981 single, "Centerfold", which charted #1 in the United States in early 1982. The piece is a matted 20 x 24 , placed on a 24 x 28 horizontal solid black wooden frame with a 1 inch in depth with glass. The frame has a black mat with gold border around record and album sleeve . Clear glass was used on this fine piece to protect the autographs, the photos and the cover. The "Bloodshot" record album sleeve hand signed in blue ink is on the left side of the frame and it measures 12 x 12, hand singed in black ink. A black name plate on the right side, with the engraving in golden ink "Seth Justman & Danny Klein". The piece also includes one 3 x 4½ photo and two 3½ x 5½ color photos of the J. Geils Band. The Certificate of Authenticity (COA): PAAS MF13755 is enclosed in an envelope and attached to a white mat on the back of the frame; it includes a horizontal frame holder. The piece weighs 8 pounds.
