Brandon Foster Jacobs is a professional baseball outfielder in the Arizona Diamondbacks organization. The Red Sox drafted Jacobs in the tenth round of the 2009 Major League Baseball Draft. Kevin Goldstein of Baseball Prospectus ranked Jacobs as the 46th best prospect in baseball prior to the 2012 season. Entering 2013, he was ranked as the 19th ranked prospect in the Red Sox organization. According to MLB.com, Jacobs was the Red Sox 11th ranked prospect. The piece is a 9x12 vertical cherry finish wooden plaque with 1 inch in depth with acrylic. Clear acrylic was used on this fine piece to protect the autograph and card. A 2.5x3.5 sports card is hand signed in blue ink by Brandon Jacobs and is centered in a red mat. A golden name plate is centered on the bottom part of the mat with the engraving in black letters “Brandon Jacobs Boston Red Sox Authentic Signature”. The Certificate of Authentication (COA) from TOPPS. A copy of are enclosed in an envelope and attached to the back of the plaque. The plaque includes a vertical plaque holder.
