Henry Louis "Hank" Aaron. nicknamed "Hammer", or "Hammerin' Hank", is a retired American professional baseball player. He was a Major League Baseball (MLB) right fielder from 1954 - 1976. Aaron spent 21 seasons with the Milwaukee and Atlanta Braves in the National League (NL) before playing for the Milwaukee Brewers of the American League (AL) for the final two years of his career. In 1999. The Sporting News ranked Aaron fifth on their "100 Greatest Baseball Players" list. He held the MLB record for career home runs for 33 years, and he still holds several MLB offensive records. The piece is a 8x10 placed in a 9x11 vertical black styrene frame with 1 inch in depth with glass. Tru Vue Conservation Grade 99% UV Protection glass was used on this fine piece to protect the autograph and photo. Two (2) 2x2 color photos are displayed on the top portion of the mat and a 3x5 color photo is hand signed in black ink by Hank Aaron and is centered in a black mat with gold borders on the frame. A golden name plate is centered on the middle section of the mat with the engraving in black letters “Hank Aaron Hall of Fame - 1982”. The Certificate of Authentication (COA) from Professional Forensics Examiner Christopher L. Morales and hologram #CM05481 is enclosed in an envelope and attached to the back of the frame.
