William Edward Wagner nicknamed "Billy the Kid", is a retired Major League Baseball relief pitcher. He pitched for the Houston Astros (1995–2003), the Philadelphia Phillies (2004–2005), the New York Mets (2006–2009), the Boston Red Sox (2009), and the Atlanta Braves (2010). Wagner is one of the few Major League relief pitchers to accumulate a total of 400 or more saves in his baseball career. The Piece is 9x12 horizontal cherry finish wooden plaque. A clear acrylic was used to protect the card. A 2½ x 3½ Baseball card with an authentic Game Used Jersey of Billy Wagner, is placed on a red mat with borders in silver ink around it. The piece also has the inscription "Billy Wagner / Philadelphia Phillies Game Used Jersey" written in silver ink. The card is authenticated by Upper Deck, a copy of the back of the card is enclosed in an envelope and attached on the back of the plaque. It includes a horizontal plaque holder. The piece weighs 2 pounds.
