William Ellis Russell, is a former shortstop, coach and manager in Major League Baseball. Russell played his entire 18-year, 2,181-game career with the Los Angeles Dodgers as the starting shortstop for four National League pennant winners and two World Series championship teams. He also served as the team's manager from 1996 to 1998. David Earle Lopes, is a former second baseman and manager in Major League Baseball. He batted and threw right-handed. He is currently the first base coach for the Los Angeles Dodgers. Lopes was drafted by the Los Angeles Dodgers in the 2nd round of the 1968 MLB January Draft. The piece is a 9x12 vertical cherry finish wooden plaque with 1 inch in depth with acrylic. Clear acrylic was used on this fine piece to protect the autograph and card. A 2.5x3.5 sports card is hand signed in blue ink by both Bill Russell and Dave Lopes and is centered in a black mat. A golden name plate is centered on the bottom part of the mat with the engraving in black letters “Bill Russell, Dave Lopes Dodgers Authentic Signatures”. The Certificate of Authentication (COA) from Upper Deck . A copy of the back of the card is enclosed in an envelope and attached to the back of the plaque. The plaque includes a vertical plaque holder. The piece weighs 2 pounds.
