Benjamin James Fritz is a minor league baseball player who was a first-round selection in the 2002 Major League Baseball Draft who last played in 2010 for the Lancaster Barnstormers of the independent Atlantic League of Professional Baseball. He was discussed in the Michael Lewis book Moneyball: The Art of Winning an Unfair Game.The piece is a 7 x 9 vertical cherry finish wooden plaque. A 2½ x 3½ vertical sport card of Ben Fritz, is on a white mat. Clear acrylic was used on this fine piece to protect the trading card. A name plate is placed below the signed photo with an inscription in black ink "Ben Fritz' Atlethics Authentic Signature". The Authentic Autograph is from Topps is also enclosed in an envelope and attached on the back of the frame. It includes a vertical plaque holder attached to the back. The piece weight 2½ pounds.
