Graham Anderson Martin succeeded Ellsworth Bunker as United States Ambassador to South Vietnam in 1973. He would be the last person to hold that position. Martin previously served as ambassador to Thailand and as U.S. representative to SEATO. The piece is an (11x14) placed in a (13x16) vertical black styrene frame with 1 inch in depth with glass. Tru Vue conservation grade 99% UV protection was used on this fine piece to protect the authograph and photo. An (8x10) black and white photo, hand signed in black ink by Graham Martin  is centered in a off beige mat with grey borders around the photo. A gold name plate is positioned on the mat with the engraving in black letters. "Graham Martin' 1912-1990 American Diplomat & Final Ambassador to South Vietnam". The Certificate of Authentication (COA) from JG Autographahs, certificate # 1131026-1 is enclosed in an envelope attached to the back of the frame. The piece includes a vertical frame holder on the back.
