John Curtis Brackenbury (born in Kapuskasing, Ontario) is a retired professional ice hockey forward who played 141 games in the National Hockey League and 257 games in theWorld Hockey Association. He played for the Chicago Cougars, Minnesota Fighting Saints, Quebec Nordiques, Edmonton Oilers, and St. Louis Blues. The piece is a 9x12 vertical black marble finish wooden plaque with 1 inch in depth with acrylic. Clear acrylic was used on this fine piece to protect the autograph and photo. A 2.5x3.5 color sports card of John Curtis Brackenbury is hand signed in black ink and is centered in a blue mat with silver lining borders. An inscription in silver letters is displayed on the mat “Curt Brackenbury”. Authenticated by In The Game and a copy of the back of the sports card is enclosed in an envelope and attached to the back of the plaque. The plaque includes a vertical plaque holder.
