We make a "New York" Style Bagel. What does this mean? The term "New York" refers to a boiling process before baking. The boiling process yields a harder exterior shell, while keeping the inside chewy, true to a New York bagel. This unique process offers a different bagel that most westerners aren't familiar with. The bagels are made and baked daily on site. We search for and use only the highest quality ingredients for our bagels, cream cheeses, sandwiches, and coffees.
