Yoga Nidra, which is a sleep based meditation that requires very limited movement in the very beginning of the session and then a guided practice in stillness takes you into a state of being which allows your body to heal and release stress. Our clients report relief of insomnia, anxiety, pain and fatigue.

You get to choose your intention for the session and I'll customize the script, techniques and intention for you. We record the session so that you get an audio file that you can can download to your computer, ipod or cell phone and use over and over again for the rest of your life and can even share it with others.
