You have planned everything down to the last detail and know exactly how you want your event to be executed but because you and your dearest and most trustworthy friends and family will be busy on the day of your event you need an official coordinator to execute your plan. In steps One Fine Day.
With the month of coordination package you will receive approximately 18 hours of service. The package includes the following:
- Free initial consultation approximately 2 hours.
- Unlimited phone and e-mail correspondence.
- 1 (2 hour) meeting 4 weeks before the event to discuss your event and walk through venue or venues if your ceremony and reception are in different locations and format wedding day time line. Final pricing given and contracting at this meeting.
- 1 (2 hour) meeting 1 week before the event to go over any details that have changed, and finalize all timelines for the ceremony and reception.
- Up to 3 hours of rehearsal coordination in order to work with your officiant, bridal party and family to stage getting everyone down the aisle safely, beautifully and most importantly on time. On the night of your rehearsal you will need to provide any items that will need to be set up just before your ceremony such as a unity candle or sand, programs, guest book, vendor payments and gratuities.
- Up to 10 hours of service on the day of your event.
- Arrive 3 hours prior to start time
- Greet and assist vendors, such as florist, caterer, baker, dj and photographer with any last minute instructions or changes.
- Help bridal party and family with flowers, boutonnieres and corsages.
- Assist in staging "first look" with photographer if this decision is made. Or keep the bride and Groom form seeing one another if necessary.
- Set up of smaller ceremony items, such as guest book, unity candle or sand, programs etc.
- Make sure ushers are ready and inform them of any special instructions regarding special seating for family.
- Work according to the agreed upon time line to ensure on-time start of ceremony. Line up bridal party prior to start of ceremony .
- Assist with formal pictures following ceremony and ensure that necessary family members are present during photos. If necessary assist your photographer with your “Must-take” photo list.
- Transport and set up of small ceremony items to reception.
- Gather bridal party and necessary family members for formal reception introduction.
- Direct reception events; prayer, toast, first dance, special dances, cake cutting and anything else that may need to take place according to time line.
- Ensure person responsible for gifts and cards is reminded of their responsibility.
- Decorate Bridal suite if desired.
*My service will conclude after the last “event” of the reception has taken place. Extra hours of service may be purchased at $45 per hour for set up of specialty reception items such as place cards, guestbook, favors and coordination of delivered centerpieces* or clean up administration *and retrieval of personal belongings.
