*Formation of Limited Liability Company (two or more members) - $750.00 base (price varies based on time spent and complexity) -      includes checking name availability, preparing and filing documents with Pennsylvania Dept. of State, preparation of Operating Agreement) 

*Formation of S Corporation - $900 (includes checking name availability, preparing and filing documents with Pennsylvania Department of *State to form corporation, prepare legal advertising notice, by-laws, initial minutes, prepare and file S Corporation Election)

*Fictitious Name Registration - $200.00 includes checking name availability, preparing and filing documents with Pennsylvania Department *of State to register fictitious name and to prepare legal advertising notice

Preparation of Business Plans - $1000 base (price varies based on time and complexity)

Contract Preparation or Review ($125 per hour)
