Our students are introduced to fundamental principles of martial arts through an athletic approach to training. Realistic and contemporary training methods are utilized which stress cultivation of proper body mechanics, conditioning, power, speed, economy of motion, awareness, and knowledge of the various ranges of combat. We offer the following arts:

• Kickboxing for cardio/fitness
• Muay Thai Kickboxing (We are the WA. representative of the Thai Boxing Association)
• Savate (French Kickboxing)
• STX (Savate-Thai-Xtraining)
• CSW/MMA (Combat Submission Wrestling which combines grappling arts such as Brazilian Jui-Jitsu, Shooto, Catch-as-catch-can, Sambo, Wrestling, Greco-Roman and Judo)
• JKD/Jun Fan (The art of Bruce Lee, under the direct lineage of Dan Inosanto)
• Kali/Pangamut/Panantukan/Silat (Filipino and Indonesian arts specializing in stick and blade arts as well as empty hand)
