• Meeting Rooms: 16 hours per month are included. Additional time is charged at $25.00/hour. Wi-Fi Internet service is included at no charge. Client must reserve meeting rooms in advance. Remaining hours CANNOT be prorated. Client may use meeting rooms at any location.

Monthly Fee: $195.00 – 100% trade

Deposit: $440.00 – 100% trade

• First and last months' fees plus a $50.00 Service Escrow (fully refundable if service fees are current), and $7.00/quarter CMRA filing fee.

 “A La Carte” Services:

• Mail forwarding (trade) $7 per time, plus supplies (envelope), and postage
• CMRA filing (trade) $7 per quarter
• Photocopies (cash) $0.12/copy (black & white), $0.40/copy (color)
• Scanning (cash) $0.12/scan or $30/month unlimited
• Fax (cash) $0.75/page, outgoing and incoming
• Notary (trade) $1 per seal
• Witnessing (trade) $3/document
• Clerical Services (trade) $25 per hour (by 15 minute increments)
• Word Processing/Dictation (trade) $30/hour (by 15 minute increments)
• PowerPoint Presentations (trade) $35/hour (by 15 minute increments)
• Postage (cash) cost plus 20%
