Additionally, you as our client will have premier access for these loans through our correspondent relationship with ValueXpress, LLC, headquartered in the heart of NYC. There are no additional fees or charges going through us. SBASBS together with ValueXpress complete all underwriting and loan placement with the Small Business Administration program.

SBASBS will barter the application fee of $2,500.  This barter process does require the application fee being paid in the beginning of the process but will be credited and exchanged for barter credits at the loan closing.
