Colon hydrotherapy or colonics, is the process of gently cleansing the colon with filtered water. (some clinics do not use filtered water but we strongly believe in the need to use chlorine free, clean water) This process is safe and very effective in releasing toxic build up from the colon.

 

A lubricated, disposable plastic proctoscope is very gently inserted only 2 inches into the rectum. This proctoscope has an inlet tube and outlet tube attached to it. The filtered, warm water comes into the colon and leaves the colon through a clear plastic viewing tube. This viewing tube enables us to see how effective your digestive system is, the presence of parasites, what toxins are being released, old embedded fecal matter stuck to the walls of the colon, mucus and many more extremely helpful clues that will aid us in helping you to improve your health.

 

The session includes a thorough abdominal massage using therapeutic Aromatherapy oils before and during your colonic. These oils have been specifically selected in order to enhance digestion. (not all colon hydrotherapists perform this service; we here at RHNT strongly believe it is necessary to massage the abdomen in order to be as effective as possible.)
